Report a correction
Last updated October 6, 2026
Shops move, change their hours and stop selling used tires. If something on a listing is wrong, tell us: email contact@usedtireshop.org. Every shop page also has a “Report a correction” link that fills in the shop for you.
What to include
- The listing address (the /shop/… link), or the shop's name and town.
- What is wrong and what it should say.
- Where the right information is published, ideally a page on the shop's own website.
How we handle a correction
- We read every report.
- We check it against the shop's own website or other material the shop has published.
- If the shop's own information supports the change, we update the listing and its checked date. If we cannot confirm it, we may hide the detail rather than leave a wrong one up.
For shop owners and staff
The quickest way to change your listing is to publish the new hours, prices or services on your own website and send us the link. We quote your website word for word, so what you publish there is what we show. Listings and changes are free, and a listing's position never depends on payment.
Closures and removal
We remove a listing when the shop has closed, does not sell used tires, or is not a tire shop. A shop owner can also ask us to remove a listing; write from an address connected to the shop or include a link that shows you speak for it.
How listings are built and checked: editorial policy.
